Great Staff, Small Rooms
The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome right away. Breakfast offered variety with fresh fruit and hot options, but rooms felt cramped. A highlight was the fast service from housekeeping when I needed a lightbulb replaced. Consider asking for a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay.

The location was ideal for our family, being so
close to shopping and restaurants. The cleaning staff were exceptional, providing daily water bottles and a consistently tidy room. However, the bed was a bit hard for my liking, which affected my sleep quality.

The young woman at the front desk provided excellent service, explaining breakfast options and helping with taxi arrangements. Staying on the sixth floor, I enjoyed a cozy, well-kept room with a beautiful granite bathroom. The location was convenient, right next to a large supermarket and a fantastic restaurant called Sandy. While the absence of an in-room safe and gym was a downside, the strong internet connection and overall cleanliness made for a pleasant experience.

The stay was decent, especially since I was visiting family nearby. The daily breakfast was a nice touch, offering a few good options to start the day. However, only having one trash can in the restroom was inconvenient, and the bed sheets definitely need replacement as mine were stained. The staff varied. while some were very friendly, others seemed indifferent, which was a mixed experience overall.

While the location was great for our needs, the room was smaller than expected, and the mattress was quite hard. Staff were friendly, especially the maids, although there were moments of chaos due to other guests. Breakfast options could be improved, but it was decent overall.

Perfect for a family getaway
The place was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly, especially the cleaning crew who left fresh water bottles every single day.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

A warm welcome with quirks
Woke each morning to a well-stocked breakfast and the friendly chatter of staff. The room was so clean, it felt like a new home away from home.
However, the bed was rather firm for my taste, making restful sleep a challenge. Also, the bathroom size was a bit cramped, which could be uncomfortable for some.

Great location and friendly staff
The location was perfect for our needs since it was near a concert venue, and the cleaning staff really made our stay enjoyable by providing daily water bottles and keeping the room clean. The breakfast was alright, but it could use more variety beyond just eggs and beans. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but the Wi-Fi reliability during peak hours definitely needs improvement.
