Great Staff, Small Rooms

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome right away. Breakfast offered variety with fresh fruit and hot options, but rooms felt cramped. A highlight was the fast service from housekeeping when I needed a lightbulb replaced. Consider asking for a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay.

The location was ideal for our family, being so

close to shopping and restaurants. The cleaning staff were exceptional, providing daily water bottles and a consistently tidy room. However, the bed was a bit hard for my liking, which affected my sleep quality.

The young woman at the front desk provided excellent service, explaining breakfast options and helping with taxi arrangements. Staying on the sixth floor, I enjoyed a cozy, well-kept room with a beautiful granite bathroom. The location was convenient, right next to a large supermarket and a fantastic restaurant called Sandy. While the absence of an in-room safe and gym was a downside, the strong internet connection and overall cleanliness made for a pleasant experience.

My kids wished there were more towels and extra space in the room.

The staff varied. while some were very friendly, others seemed indifferent, which was a mixed experience overall.

A warm welcome with quirks

Woke each morning to a well-stocked breakfast and the friendly chatter of staff. The room was so clean, it felt like a new home away from home.

However, the bed was rather firm for my taste, making restful sleep a challenge. Also, the bathroom size was a bit cramped, which could be uncomfortable for some.
